Signing off completed work and complaints policy.
As soon as possible after work has been completed, please take the time to inspect the work so you can confidently sign off the project. Obviously our team would have done the same before they left your location, however we want you, your customer to be 100% happy, that’s why we go on your feedback, we can then be confident that we have completed your project to our usual high and reliable standard.
Although complaints are exceptionally rare we recognise that sometimes there may be an issue. Despite our commitment to customer service and quality products we know on the very rare occasion something might not be quite right.
Please follow these steps to ensure we can quickly and efficiently resolve any potential issues and ensure you are completely happy and satisfied. General Data Protection Regulation Policy
So what is GDPR? The GDPR came into effect on the 25th May 2018, replacing the Data Protection Act 1998. The new GDPR rules and regulations are designed to allow individuals to have control over their data, how and why it’s collected, stored and destroyed.
As a company we will never under any circumstances sell your data to third parties. We will store and manage your data under GDPR regulation and destroy it when appropriate, again following GDPR rules. We take your data and its security very seriously.

We will collect and store your data from your initial enquiry, we will need this data to get in touch with you as you request. If you do not commission us for your project we will destroy the data.
If you commission us for a project we may keep your data securely for up-to 10 years, never any longer and always securely destroy data past that date.
